Pros
Cozy environment with young colleagues. I would like to write something better but I can't. Nothing else.
Cons
Anything that you can imagine. Very bad relationship boss-employees, very inadequate bosses, no respect for the employees, very bad salary (paid less than the usual monthly survival rate). Many advices to management but we've been never listened to.

- flexible working hours - good relations with young colleagues - informal enviroment
Cons
- there's no organization at all - it's difficult to communicate with the management - really bad salary - management is not competent and doesn't listen any advice - too many projects and there isn't a real core business - it's impossible work effectively on one project, there's always something else to do in a short time - they hire people with no competence at all, making harder to work
