- lots of variety - strong team dynamic - wide variety of work - opportunities to work with teams across a broad range of organizations, of all sizes - Interesting projects with unique challenges
Cons
- support strength can vary based on which team you join - a high/low pattern of incoming work can cause stress - periods of everyone overloaded with billable work, followed by a light period where the company scrambles to fill the work pipeline.

If you are smart, forward thinking person, you will enjoy the huge stack of amazing technology at your fingertips. As Microsoft Partners, the team has access to the latest and greatest tools, and are actually developing leading edge applications in association with some global players. You get to work on some seriously innovative ideas, and if you think "outside the box" you will be really fulfilled here. There is always a lot going on, which means you do not get trapped in a rut... every project is different
Cons
It can be very full on. Sometimes the pace can feel a bit overwhelming, and that's why its important to come with a good level of energy, focus and problem-solving ability.
