      Pros

      I am working on some new technologies and I've been given opportunity to learn new skills and mature as an engineer. It's really fast paced here but I happen to like that, so I don't get bored. I enjoy coming to work every day, it's challenging and rewarding at the same time. Every team member's contribution matters and I am learning on my own as well as from seniors. Management listens and is actively involved on daily basis.

      Cons

      As it is a smaller team, some processes will take time to improve as team grows, though that has not impacted my work in any way.

      Don't believe negative reviews! Great place for motivated engineers/analysts. Not good place for lazy and incompeten

      Pros

      I worked hard and was quickly recognized by mgmt. and was given more challenging work. I saw others too were recognized. Raises and bonus were based on actual performance to job level. Lots to learn and grow technically and in application domain.

      Cons

      Most mgmt. is done remotely so some team members took advantage and did not perform. Mgmt should have let them go much sooner. Some times there was a lot of work. Though that is true even in current job.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 2 years and have grown remarkably in my role. Company has flexible work timings. Don't have to work on weekends. Good opportunity to learn and increase skill sets. Ability to work from home (once the employees have built the trust and proven themselves). Work atmosphere is very collaborative and involves lots of team projects.

      Cons

      Although location is out of the way, it is still easily accessible via auto and train.
