      Pros

      Excellent company culture that prides itself and helping team members grow and realize their potential. Employees are generally kind, open and accepting and the tone of the office is one of unity -- everyone is striving towards the same goals. Title Source is compromised of great people, great benefits and great culture! I have been here for years and plan on staying!

      Cons

      I cannot think of any con about this company. I have been here a long time and I have no intention of going anywhere else!

      Good Environment. Lost of project for work so you have lost of things to learn. Service based company. Monday to Friday work. Some senior are helpful. Work life balance when your free.

      Cons

      Lack of sitting arrangement. Feverism politics. Increment chance are very low.
