None that I can think of.
Cons
Amateur, non-communicative and badly managed online teaching site drew me in with an alleged support structure and in 8 months they failed to provide a single class despite me responding to 10 or so trial lesson offers - and I refuse to believe all 10 of those were simply cancelled at the student's behest. Pathetic.

Good benefits and hours. Pleasant working environment. Laid back dress code. Training of new employees is good. Friendly co-workers and supervisors.
