Pros

Flexible shifts, Easy to use web portal

Cons

The company would never reimburse you completely the money you have spent to run a job. The guys and girls in the office are very inhumane. They would always call you from the office pretending to be nice and asking you to help out with a move - Never accept a job while you are not in front of a computer to check the pick-up and drop-off addresses. Ensure you are in a position to plan your route before saying YES! to any of their job offers over the phone or else you are being set up to fail; there is high possibility you would spend more money on transporting yourself between locations than you are being paid for the move.

Pros

- Very calm & helpful Ops staff - You get paid on-time per contract, with full visibility of renumeration so have plenty of time to query any discrepencies - Everything managed in an App in real time, meaning challenges are logged & can be viewed by both Company, Partners & their Corporate clients alike to resolve - Get to see lots of the UK for free on a job - Onboarding well structured - if you can't pass this, then you're not the kinda person I'd want delivering any car for me - You get to meet some exceptionally nice people from all walks of life - Key for Key are the best jobs to minimise travel expenses - Once you have substantiated trust & reliability, will be given access to more exclusive vehicles - Helped fill in a gap to pay the bills as couldn't find another job in my totally different industry

Cons

- This is a low paid job & will never be anything else, you cannot expect good wages for this type of work - Job prices for longer distances are obviously more, though be aware the proportion per mile noticeably reduces exponentially over 200 miles - Long hours - Getting to & returning from jobs is paid for by yourself - Not much work around coastal regions - Some commercial pickup/drop off sites are in the middle of nowhere - Every so often you get an unroadworthy vehicle onsite, though to Engineius' credit where clearly evidenced will pay you 100%, though getting home from there is at your expense

Pros

Very slick app that is easy to navigate and use..

Cons

Staff in Birmingham Office are people that have no idea about trade plating and constrain your ability to do the job. E.g taking cars home - largely not allowed unless agreed. Cars have to be collected on the agreed days there is no flexability. I doubt the owner cares as they make there money from booking fees but feel there business will evaporate as all they promise you there is lots of work but nothing ties up, very rarely will you get two postcodes that are within a reasonable commutable distance so you end up being dead ended. There app doesnt have that much work on it and it seems largely centric to london, most of the jobs pay 100 pounds or less so by the time you have taken out public transport costs which BTW they dont pay its barely worth it...
