My time at ES3 was rough and left me questioning how things were allowed to run this way. The owners and managers create an environment that feels outdated and uncomfortable, with comments and behavior that cross the line. I saw horrible situations, from biased attitudes to people being treated differently. Pay was another issue, and I later realized I had been underpaid for years, which was a brutal hit. There is also a pattern of hiring within the family and giving titles that do not match real experience. Speaking up does not seem to go anywhere, and problems just linger like a plague. It is the kind of place where things get swept aside instead of fixed.
