Nor enough tasks...Some old employees won't teach or show you as they were afraid you will take their spot and they might lose their job. Tsk...

Interesting projects Fast-paced environment Smart and technically knowledgeable staff Many opportunities to learn and get exposure to varied types of projects Good compensation Tight-knit environment, can form genuine connections w peers Regular site visits (if you like to be out in the field) Excellent work/life balance
Cons
Benefits leave a lot to be desired, not very competitive Regular site visits (if you prefer to be at the office 9-5)
