Pros

Easy Work, Consistent 40 Hours (With Some Over Time Every Once-in-a-while)

Cons

-Incompetence all through management. From Quality Auditors to Plant Managers, they have no clue what they're doing. -Good workers get more work, bad workers get less work. NO pay difference. I've only worked 6 months, still no 90-day (promised) raise. I've worked all machines, while others who have been there for more than a year: show up late, only do slow machines, FALL ASLEEP AT THE MACHINE, take longer breaks, and management does nothing to fire them. IF YOU DECIDE TO TAKE A JOB HERE, DO THE LEAST AMOUNT OF WORK REQUIRED OF YOU--SERIOUSLY, NO ONE NOTICES THE EXTRA MILE YOU DO HERE AND YOU WON'T KNOW IF YOUR RAISE WILL ACTUALLY COME THROUGH! -Sometimes you'll get overtime on the weekend...BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IT'S MANDATORY UNTIL FRIDAY! Sometimes, it's both SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, YOU'LL BE REQUIRED TO WORK! -There's a system of punishments; no system of rewards. -Because of all of this, employee turnover is HUGE! At least 10 "NEW" employees have quit in the last 2 months. -There is no shift differential pay. If you word night shift, you'll get the same pay as starting any other shift. -You can be forced to switch shifts if a shift doesn't have enough people to fill the spots. -The pay system is every 2 weeks, delayed by ONE week. It's possible to start working, and not get your first paycheck until you've been there 3 weeks. -DON'T TAKE MORE RESPONSIBILITY OR OFFER TO DO PART OF A JOB THAT ISN'T YOURS! IF YOU DO, THEY'LL SNEAK YOU INTO A HIGHER POSITION (MORE WORK) AND WON'T PAY YOU FOR IT. -If you take a higher position (more responsibility), they won't pay you until 3 months AFTER you start the new position. GET IT IN WRITING THAT YOU'LL GET A RAISE! IF YOU DON'T, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR RAISE, GUARANTEED!! -Favoritism exists. It's very obvious.

Pros

If you can't find a job somewhere else.

Cons

Working hard at EPC does not mean you will get a raise after your first year. Don't be surprised if the lazy ones got it.
