      Pros

      Most of the people are very nice and great to work with.

      Cons

      Ownership and the management team is arrogant and self-centered. It is all for them and all about them. If you not "in' with them and on the ownership / upper management team, you are a second class individual and they can barely with hold the contempt they have for you. Sad.

      Pros

      If your willing to be a yes man and work for corrupt management. Then this is the place for you. Good pay terrible health. Minimal 401k matching.

      Cons

      Purely corrupt company, shady deals behind the scenes to make deals every year. The old owners and now employees were as 2 faced as they come. They made there friends rich and bought the people that really did the work a slice of pizza for lunch.
