      Pros

      Depending on where you work and who you are working with, the people can be nice

      Cons

      They tell you one thing when acquired but it is all smoke and mirrors. They only care about profit. Extremely cheap. Zero investment in people and the environment. Some at the executive level are extremely unprofessional. Zero employee recognition and development. It’s a revolving door - they just burn and churn.

      Pros

      If you keep your head down and do your work nobody will bother you. In some locations the work environment can be nice. If you manage your time and commitments work life balance can be achieved.

      Cons

      Raises are pathetic and few. No interest in career growth from managers. I frequently went out of my way to seek guidance from my managers to grow my skills but never saw any support.
