Pros
Even though it is a large, multi national company, the small division I work in is a close knit community of very clever developers and managers. The work is interesting and somewhat cutting edge.
Cons
Salaries are not always at the top end of the industry ranges, but for me, working with the great people in the division more than makes up for this.
