If you don’t care about career growth, if you enjoy being gaslit, if you DELIGHT in micromanagement then this is the company for you!! Management is immature and has unrealistic expectations from their staff. They expect you to work nights, weekends and holidays….even going so far as to REWARD you for pulling all nighters and working during holidays.
The Head of Fertility is a horrible leader and everyone on the Fertility team is miserable because of it. Management is so bad that it’s impossible for us to retain a fully staffed fertility department! People can’t stand it here and jump ship all the time.
