      Pros

      Experienced HR brains Lots of love in the team Cool office

      Cons

      We laugh about these blogs that we post that are so opposite to how we work! 35 hours per week? For those few that are favoured yes. The rest feel penalized if we try to stick to that. And I would rather be more transparent about hours actually worked and would prefer other perks like better communication and respect!

      Pros

      Great team, amazing office space, 35 hour work week [never had to do any overtime!], benefits, and an incredible opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced HR professionals in Victoria. For someone just starting their career this has given me more experience than i could get anywhere else.

      Cons

      Some weeks can be quiet, some can be crazy busy, we never know what work we will be doing next month. I guess that's the nature of working in a consulting firm but it does make it a challenge

      Pros

      I am happy to be working for a company that shares my values and principles for integrity and work life balance. The work is diverse and rewarding. We work 35 hours a week. The company fosters knowledge sharing and the positive result is a lot of team collaboration! Great office decor.
