Pros

Engage is a thriving organization and everything moves at a very quick pace. You never look at your watch or get bored. We are constantly improving practices, processes, and finding better ways to work. The best talent in PEO works here. You will have a voice as long as you are willing to be constructive and open to doing things for the greater good...our clients.

Cons

As has been noted, this organization is growing. The work can be intense and it is not for the faint of heart. You must love PEO and have a passion for your clients. If you don't, you won't last as others won't want to carry dead weight. You cannot hide here. We need talent that is focused on making things seamless and easy for our clients.

Pros

I've been in the PEO industry for nearly 20 years. I've never seen a company run the way Jay Starkman runs Engage. He hires the best, trusts them, and ensures the client is always the measuring stick in all we do. It seems so simple but pretty much every other PEO misses this. Especially the big ones. They can't get out of their own way! There is no wonder that Engage is the fastest growing PEO in history. I'm both proud and VERY grateful to be part of this amazing organization. I could go on and on but hopefully I've communicated what people need to know. If you want a PEO, Engage is the only choice. Don't even think about trying to take things in-house. You will lose time, productivity, profit, and employee moral. In today's complex environment, partnering with a great PEO like Engage give you an advantage on every competitor you have. Think you are saving money going some other route? Think again!

Cons

In all honesty, I can't come up with anything worth mentioning. The company is so well run. And great employees are both empowered and rewarded.
