- Incompetent CEO, has no idea how to run a ~900 person company - The whole management team consists of former CEOs of companies acquired - No one really knows what’s happening in the company. - Mediocre career opportunities - Salary is not competitive - Cash-flow problems

Employees are treated fairly, working conditions (hours, equipment etc.) are good.

Cons

Company consists of divisions and even sub-divisions that don't have much to do with each other and leadership vision varies wildly. Some are stale.
