Management, employee culture is very bad, toxic environment between management and staff, communication is very poor.

Management is a joke, everyone is walking on egg shells in the office with a running joke of ‘you’ll be next to get removed from the group chat’, because that’s how they let people go. Everybody is afraid to raise any issue with the self entitled management because everyone has seen first hand how people who bring anything up are the first to go. Managers play favourites and treat everyone else like idiots. They treat you like children and tell people to ‘shut up’ when any conversation arises. False hope of a company to work for as a ‘graduate opportunity’.
