      Working at Enfec has various Pros: - There is no politics and you get friendly environment to work. - Management is helpful and always available to guide you for any challenges you are facing. - Timely salary with fixed pay structure. So you get more in hand salary than what you get in MNCs. - Company is adapting some good policies and started offering various benefits like PF, Medical insurance etc to the employees. - You will get exposure to all the latest technologies, So you can keep adding new skills to your profile. - Interview process is quite smooth and you will get friendly environment during interview to give your best.
