Pros

Small company with little bureaucracy which allows to implement effective measures/changes quickly and see the results. Encourages innovation.

Cons

Unprofessional management, no integrity and no transparency, CEO and Senior management surrounded themselves with friends and implement unfair hiring politics. Toxic environment, layoffs are common and affects morale. No interest in developing their employees.

Pros

Good HR team OK benefits Nice open office

Cons

-Significant nepotism and favoritism. CEO surrounded himself with his friends. -Lots of turnover with layoffs and good people leaving, which leads to a lot of pressure on the remaining people to perform. -If someone got promoted, usually it means he is good at lying to people, using them and more importantly very good at apple-polishing the upper management

Pros

Free food on certain days. Fridays free breakfast. Free beverages. Close to Bart, Walmart, Costco, etc.

Cons

Upper management makes decisions without understanding the causes and long term effects of it. Definitely a lot of favoritism around here. They don't focus on issues they would much rather focus on who messed up instead of fixing the problem. They overwork people.
