      The benefits are good, and some of the reporters are delightful.

      Cons

      - The employees who have been there over 10 years need to be re-evaluated for performance and effectiveness - There's no appreciation for all levels of employees - No development past what you were hired to do - Very cloak-and-dagger about internal affairs - High turnover not just reporters and staff, but also upper management and HR - Insincerity around caring for others - Poor pay that doesn't account for the cost of living, which leaves you no choice but to stay - No raises despite hardship
