I worked as a Administrator Assistant, it was dreadful! I would get yelled at all the time. I would compare the Owner to the movie Devil wears Prada. She would walk in and chop someone out, like clock work. You would hope it was not you that day. One day I got yelled at for having trash in the trash can, according to her there should never be trash in there. I would understand if it was full to capacity but it was not even half way. This is just an example of how ridiculous she was. If there was a no show teacher, instead of getting a licensed professional, they would throw me in there to care for 23, young children. It would become over whelming. More than 75 percent of the staff is not certified. Sometimes they were hired as a recommendation. One time The owner hired a person that is known to steal identities. Im grateful that a coworker recognized her and immediately reported her. They recently hired a security guard, that was taking pics of young boys. if you are thinking of working here. RUN!!!! I don't recommend! I only lasted a year so, unorganized, unprofessional.
