Never never ever agree to work for them. Management is with criminal habits, the lowest culture, and the most disgraceful values, constantly trying to squeeze a few dollars out of employees by violating every possible law. If you try to rely on the law, they start acting like criminal bosses, threatening and intimidating you with their criminal “protection.” On top of that, they collect and use employees’ personal data without their knowledge. You have no control over your salary here, it will be reduced or stolen in every possible way. They are robbing the partners, demanding employees to spend hours, already paid by the partners, on their own projects. They force employees to work after hours, on weekends, and during holidays, and instead of compensation, they respond with threats. Never repeat my mistake and accept their offer. Never!
