Pros

Great environment with people that really make you feel like you’re a valued member of the team. The company is still fairly small so you’re able to get to know everyone. Managers give you the freedom to voice your opinion and trust you to do your work without micromanaging. There’s also a lot of transparency from the leadership team and employees are encouraged to ask questions and share ideas at weekly meetings. The fully hybrid model of work is definitely a plus, and employees are not made to feel guilty for working from home. Overall a great place to work with an excellent work life balance.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but having a small team means that the company still feels very much like a startup. Things move quickly and you’re expected to be able to adapt. Might not be a great fit for someone who prefers a slower, more predictable environment.

Pros

Being at Endy is better than I ever could have imagined - everyone is so supportive and helpful, and people genuinely want to see you succeed and grow. The company has done an amazing job at ensuring the workplace is diverse and safe, and HR frequently acknowledges what is going on in the world, offering resources and checking in on staff to ensure everyone's well-being is not being negatively impacted by the pandemic. Managers encourage trial and error - they help you learn from mistakes, not punish you for them.

Cons

The only "con" is that the team is quite big so it can take a bit of time getting to know everyone!
