* A lot of PTO/Holiday time offered (see Con on this) * Product is supposedly good and well-received by customers * Can dress down....way down, if that's a pro for some * Most staff is knowledgeable and nice
Cons
*Low salaries as compared to the national avg. and avg. for this area (per Salary.com) *Extremely lacking in benefits *Although a lot of PTO offered, rarely can anyone take all of it and it doesn't roll over *Over 50 employees and no HR rep where you can safely air concerns *For a small company, too many silos and 'clicks' are forming *Long hours for many roles *No Project Mgmt., so projects are run haphazardly *Loud environment
