Nice team mates, good hours and opportunity for overtime, and good communications on strategic direction from senior management.

Cons

Line supervisors make promises they don't keep, managers take pay increases for themselves instead of taking care of their resources, little opportunity for advancement and the pay is terrible

Production Constantly up against the wall in meeting month end. Operations Management team has little to no control of production schedule. Production Floor constantly stressed to meet goals for the day.
