Brand new office, Lots of opportunity due to fast growth. Hybrid work schedule is a huge plus. 2 days at home after onboarding process.

My favorite part about Encore is the culture. No matter what we are people and they take care of their people no matter what. No matter how much this company grows it still feels like home.
