      Close to home and really you could make your own hours.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Management via "hey let's read a new book," salary freeze in place for 10 YEARS but somehow manage to find $$$ for a Chief Marketing Officers, for a company losing millions of dollars in revenue year after year.
