Pros
Encoda is one large team where everyone knows everyone and everyone gets to feel included. During my time there, my ideas we not only heard by everyone in the company but many of them were quickly implemented. I was able to complete my work alone or collaborate with other members of my team at any time, I always had someone to reach out to for help, and I always received credit and acknowledgement for my work.
Cons
There is not a large amount of team bounding or many happy hour events.
