If you don't have immediate leave balance, 2 standard leaves will be deducted for every immediate leave you take. 5. Zero support from your team members. 6. Here KT means self study. 7. Ego issues with senior team members. 8. No appreciation, only demoralization. 9. All the cons from rest of the reviews. The list can continue.... Overall, it's a living hell.
