Working remotely allows me to focus on priorities and complete tasks. Allows for a great work-life balance. Decisions made quickly and direction is very clear. SR management empowers employees to make decisions and be creative with customers/new solutions. Potential with Microsoft cloud and new solutions are endless.
Cons
If you are not a self-motivated, clear thinker and willing to go the extra mile working remote is probably difficult. Have to be very independent and willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible.
