Pros
EnablePath is run like a small company with aggressive market share for our size. EP tries to balance being nimble and responsive with delivering customized business processes for both fiscal value and user rich experience. This isn't easy and so EP demands that their consultants take ownership of their roles. Since the company is small enough to know everyone by name, the management is also very personable and reasonable when dealing with employees needs. You are called by name to live up to your job.
Cons
If you're looking for a job where you can just coast, this isn't it.
