Let me answer to the Review for each comment made below: 1) Coming to Pros: "permanent work from home as they don't have office in India" - Enable Data does have an Office location in - 91 SpringBoards Hitec city, it was also announced in all the Quarterly Management Meetings unless you did not attend the meetings or did not ask the HR or the Management the same question while you were still working with us. In fact we do pay the rents as well for the same each month. A few employees have also applied for loans seeking the same office address. You should have been more attentive to the Office related announcements as well. 2) Coming to Cons: As we have a "Open Door Policy", we do not a Hierarchy, but we do have Project Manager and Delivery Manager for Technical SPOCs. Next as you mentioned, there are no hikes since last 5 years, this is totally false, Enable Data Technologies has been established in 2020 December. Please get your Facts right before degrading the image of the Organization of which you were a part of for almost a year according to your details mentioned here. If any employee is so unhappy, he/ she would not want to spend an entire year in such depressed state. Coming to Advice to the management: It has never pressurised anyone to work unless they wanted to in the project. The Yearly Bonus and the amount that all the employees receive as part of the Virtual Connect, is not included in the Salary that is credited to employees as Gratitude and appreciation for all employees. As already mentioned to all employees, since we are still expanding our Employee base, thare are very limited Companies offering Health Insurance Policies with the number that we have. It was mentioned in the Q2 of 2021 Management updates that we are working to get it incorporated. Looks like not much attention was paid during these important discussions but chose to use these allegations to degrade the company's image. All the best for your future Endeavours.

Hi, thanks for the Review. As this is a Start-up company, with its progress, employee benefits will also be introduced and are being announced in the All hands meeting we have every Quarter. With the Employee base we had at the time of this review, we could not have promotions with titles, but Employees have been given Hikes and a couple of Employees have been given 100% hikes recognising their Efforts. With already lesser Employees back then, there is no chance of having favourites as in each team we only had 4 to 5 people. Currently All employees are favourite. All the Best
