Very hectic running around in circles

Pros

Co-workers are actually really nice people trying their best Technical people know what they're doing and try to fix issues Shared camaraderie among the employees Really not much else.

Cons

Not sure whether they want to be a SAAS company providing software for insurance brokers or be insurance brokers with their own platform. This creates a conflict that results in a maddening circle of projects started, abandoned, scraped and restarted.

Surrounded by a good team. Flexible schedules make it easier to work from home but expect to work overtime 5 months of the year.

Cons

Management is scratchy, overall view of direction of the companies future is blurry and job security is not the best.

Cons

No documentation for current processes and no training for the companies system. Always looking to improve without putting in the work to complete the process.
