Unprofessional:not providing salary slips, other docs are not on time,just focusing on company growth ignoring employees. No work life balance:2 saturdays of month are working, have to stay late and come early sometimes though they dont value it. Very poor salaries.

In Pune office - Boss of the company is more interested in your personal life rather than planning for the project. He has also hired some spy to keep an eye on his employees after work hours. No appreciation and respect for your hard work. Worst management ever. No time management. You can become senior easily by giving internal secret info of the office on regular basis.
