I received a settlement offer that seemed demeaning and ignored my hard work and the particulars of my claim, along with very little notice before I was let off. Despite my full-time commitment, I had to turn down the original settlement offer since it was humanely belittling and even humiliating. My sentiments of wrongdoing and frustration were not relieved when later that day I received an arguably more favorable offer that appeared to be a desperate attempt at covering their tracks. The management's justifications for my firing, which placed disproportionate blame on me for the company's struggles and attributed things like market circumstances and insufficient utilization, were evasive and arbitrary. This answer revealed their lack of comprehension and bad leadership. Their claims that there would be no "further optimizations" applied to our unit just emphasizes their complete lack of vision and detachment from the real issues. I strongly caution anybody considering of working at ⁝IWConnect. My experience was severely tarnished by the lack of openness and the disdain for the welfare of the employees. The way the leadership has handled business difficulties shows a severe lack of professionalism and compassion for employees. To sum up, ⁝IWConnect is an exceptional instance of unethical activity and inadequate management. It would be prudent to look for work somewhere else where your abilities are valued and acknowledged.
