      Pros

      I really enjoy working at zLinq. I am close with my coworkers. I have freedom to control my own success. I have the backup of a fantastic team when I need them. I have very close access to our leadership and get to be a part of building something really exciting.

      Cons

      I mean - I don't think there are too many Cons...I guess with any startup there is always change so if you can't handle changes this job probably isn't for you.
