      Pros

      Insider knowledge of the trade, fast paced training, great working environment. Work presents constant challenges, provides a platform for self management and evaluates individual performance.

      Cons

      Long hours, but not much else to complain about. Commuting takes forever, but that is certainly not the company's fault.

      I had to leave the company because I moved to Chicago in 2022.
