Pros

Insurance benefits aren't that bad though that'll all change in 2015, having JP Morgan if people plan to stick around is a good thing, 401 K is available to employees if they'd like to use it. You get 1 week of vacation 1st year and 2 weeks the 2nd year.

Cons

There aren't any management skills, bosses bully employees, you can't move up; you’re essentially stuck. The customer service is under a lot of stress and no help to relieve the stress – as they can’t hire more people. It’s as they favor certain people and under appreciate their employees for the hard work they've done. No rewards to for the employees which is a stressful environment; why can’t the company do giveaways on gas cards for example as the employees would appreciate that? HR isn't doing a very good either they need to reevaluate HR and their role, you need to follow rules but the way things are now done aren't good; many things the way HR is now ran could be changed for the better; HR doesn't have a clue on how to do many things ie: printing documents, scan/file on the machines. Being in HR knowing how to use technology is vital. No one is every told why things are done they just simply are to do as they are told.
