- We are working on a very challenging digital product, not the standard start-up stuff. That was actually the main reason for me to join. - Pleasant and focussed work atmosphere which really helps sitting in an open space. - Many test devices to work with. - Good competitive pay. - Free coffee/drinks and stuff and we go out for monthly team drinks in xberg. - I like the international team work and birthday breakfasts.

Nothing to mentinon here, maybe an additional meeting room could be usefull.

No real pros. Usually 9 hours of work and no overtime, I guess that could qualify as Pros.

* No working from home * No real progress - they've been doing the same thing for 5 years with no progress * Employees leave in a rate of 1 per month * The office is always silent, almost no talking during office hours, no communication * No flat hierarchy - very unusual for ~15 people
