It is flexible, there some perks like free coffee, fruits, teas and water. There is a big kitchen for whom is willing to cook or to bring food from home and warm it up.

Since the company is growing fast some processes are unclear and some decisions change suddenly. However I wouldn't classify it as a negative point, but as part of the business model and reality.
