Pros

diverse team and friendly employees

Cons

The company's founders exhibit rude behavior, They expect full commitment without compensation or even basic resources like a laptop. they mentioned extending the unpaid contract to another one of their companies. Also the expectation to be on standby during working hours, even without assigned tasks is even worse

Pros

- international group of interns - since they're a new startup they will employ everyone so it's a good way to get experience

Cons

- the company is disorganized and the roles aren't really clear - the founders get rude and defensive when criticized and I feel like they will manipulate you in a way to get you to agree with them - the company only consists of interns - no open communication with the founders because they don't listen to your opinions - no resources provided: you have to bring your own laptop - despite lots of work being done, there's no any sort of reward or payment

Pros

I had a fantastic experience interning at Happy Nation. The company culture was welcoming and inclusive, and I felt like I was part of the team from day one. My colleagues were always willing to help me learn and grow, and I was given meaningful work that allowed me to develop my skills. I would highly recommend Happy Nation to anyone looking for an internship opportunity.

Cons

If you can't handle the startup life then it's not for you.
