Great work conditions but low pay and management issues - Branch Manager webuyanycar Employee Review

Base pay is 5 pence above minimum wage. Managers can be a bit mental when weekly stats aren’t meeting targets. Have to do key swaps during unpaid hours or even have to come in on days off to collect keys and documents. Competing with local dealers with no support from management. Pay is £15/car if you meet extremely high expectations and targets with many factors outside of your control, such as arrival rate, and non purchases if you cannot buy the car for any compliance reason, traders, etc. no career progression and it feels depressing not having any opportunities to train, manage or help out especially when your days are empty.
