Pros

Upper and C-suite management is very accessible. They're willing to try new things and invest in different technologies. The employees are generally good people.

Cons

Management is a revolving door. Sales goals are seemingly guesses, no one I've spoken with knows the commission structure, nor have they received any.

Last week, on our All Hands Call, I shared with everyone my response to this review because we take these comments very seriously. Let me start by saying I appreciate the positive comments about our people, they are the fabric of our organization and I couldn’t be more proud to work with such a wonderful group of dedicated, passionate individuals. We have made great strides in our mission to Re-Invent the Commute for millions of people. Believing in this mission is what carries us forward and I’ve never believed more strongly in our purpose and our ability to succeed. The reviewer is absolutely right that just because we say “10X” doesn’t mean we can get there without strategy and process - and we have to acknowledge that as we learn, some of our tactics and processes will surely need to change based on those learnings. Direction on sales goals, how to achieve them, and how results will be rewarded, is being communicated to the account management teams over the next few weeks. The Leadership Team is aligned and focused on helping every function receive the support and resources needed to be successful in 2015 and beyond. For those of you who have been here a while, you know that a review like this strikes a chord with me because our singular mission to "reinvent the commute" is a course to which we are strongly committed. I sincerely invite anyone who shares the trepidation expressed in this review, to reach out to me, or anyone on the Leadership team to let us know. What I share here is not the end of the conversation. Clearly, for the person who wrote this review, and for anyone who shares this view, we need to earn back your confidence; and I believe we will. Pros

Good for the environment, economy and the well-being of commuters. Saves money, time and stress for those who have a long commute. Easy, flexible and reliable transportation for the fraction of the cost of commuting alone.

Cons

The communication and fair management practices are lacking. The management in my office was run by "best friends", so it was hard to relate problems or communicate effectively due to the "favoritism" and inequality of assignments. Company was moving away from the "one-on-one" individual attention and excellent customer service it was known for, to all "Sales" vision - with an emphasis on numbers. They were moving away from a "one-stop shop" to 800 numbers and further and further away from the "Personal Touch" of making each customer feel important.
