I was mostly seconded and didn't get much support from my employed company. I felt like a cowboy at the client.

Nice and helpful colleagues. Nothing else.

Many. Incompetent leadership and inexperienced knowledge had been causing disorganization, frustration, and wasted efforts. None of the projects could move forward and produce meaningful outcomes. Management would ask you to follow their senseless ideas or redo your work for no valid reason. They would start targeting you if you disobey them. Promises they make will not be realized, so take them with a grain of salt. Will definitely throw you under the bus when things go wrong. No meaningful work experience can be gained in this company.
