      Pros

      CEO Frankie is awesome - love working for him - he has such passion and loves product. They are all about product development so it's a PD or PM's dream, great hours, flexible team, good hourly pay, fun squad, great culture.

      Cons

      Needs more structure, sometimes it's too disorganized, sometimes you get thrown into random marketing conversations that have nothing to do with your job.

      Pros

      They are nothing but good people, they are very flexible and are good teachers of business and life. I've grown a lot as a developer under them and have gained some valuable experience.
