      A great location with the best weather in the world. Challenging work that teaches you how to be create in your problem solving skills.

      Cons

      A little chaotic, you have to wear multiple hats and do many things, from trouble-shooting customer computer's to setting up servers.

      Pros

      Flexible management style, energetic and lively startup environment. Highly technical management provide guidance and coaching on latest technology. I worked there for 2.5 years and learned the latest web technologies from my boss.

      Cons

      Demanding work environment. Requires long hours and sometimes work over the weekend to meet deadlines. Also, many times you have to ear multiple hats in order to satisfy the management's requirements.
