      Management treats workers bad. Very questionable decisions from the director. Bad opinion about customers internally. Weak business strategy. Very low Revenue growth = low pay. Not staying here for long.

      Pros

      Pretty cool company. Like seriously. Can't even think of one bad thing. Employees? Alien and insanely funky. As groovy as it gets. Job? 11/10. Ambience? Spiritual, serene tranquility all around, 24/7, 365 days an year.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of. Is this the best company there is? Certainly not. But perhaps. One shall never know for sure.

      - good company to start at - technologies are great - startup phase already passed, everything goes well - great team of very talented persons - a lot of side projects surrounding main product

      Salary expectations relates to local market if you are on rely on post Soviet Union region country.
