Good office, people are nice, culture is super good.
Cons
You have to come 3 times per week to campus, there are no prospects to grow in hierarchy, salary increase is laughable, manager micromanaging you everyday, evaluation system totally inconsistent.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our office environment and found our culture positive during your time here. We also understand your concerns about our hybrid working policy. Each talent’s needs are unique and we tried to find the right balance between these needs and the business needs as well. With our career framework well underway, we increased transparency on each talent's job profile, creating more visibility on the required skills to move vertically or horizontally within the company. We also encourage internal mobility through our weekly internal job promotions as we're fans of trying new things. We’re sorry if none of these inspired you. We wish you all the best with your next career steps and will continue to use feedback like yours to enhance the trivago experience for our talents.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience at trivago. It’s great to know that you appreciated the visibility of your work, collaboration with colleagues, and ample opportunities to maintain work-life balance.
We strive to create an environment where our employees can thrive, and it’s gratifying to hear that these aspects made a difference for you.
Thank you for being part of our team and for recommending trivago as a place to work. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Pros
- free beer, cereals, milk, coffee and other small stuff
- team events where you see your managers get drunk
- one trip once a year where the whole company gets drunk
- average age 25
Cons
- all the above benefits mean less salary for people while trivago pays less taxes
- very inexperience middle managers that treat people like monkey
- no way to move up because of older employees and flat hierarchy
