Hello! Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed our vibrant campus, several networking events, and flexible work environment. All these are important for fostering growth and collaboration among colleagues. Regarding compensation, we are constantly striving to base our pay decisions on scope, responsibility, and complexity of a role and talent's value contribution by considering internal & external pay equity. This is something we’re continuously working on and we hope that our talents can see the changes we’re making. We also acknowledge your concerns about our management and will continue to ensure an inclusive and diverse workplace for everyone. We appreciate your time with us and wish you all the best in your next career path.

Pros

- free beer, cereals, milk, coffee and other small stuff - team events where you see your managers get drunk - one trip once a year where the whole company gets drunk - average age 25

Cons

- all the above benefits mean less salary for people while trivago pays less taxes - very inexperience middle managers that treat people like monkey - no way to move up because of older employees and flat hierarchy
