Pros

You get to work with big clients and it is true that you learn a lot about the industry. Training is provided and their intranet is very well organised and intuitive.

Cons

Everything else. This is a company that does not care for their employees, the workload is absolutely insane, they don't appreciate your work and you are never praised for doing a good ob. However, they will always find where you made the tiniest mistake to use that against you and it will, of course, negatively affect our promotion plan. If you are lucky enouogh, your promotion will be delayed a couple of months, but they night just freeze your progression for the time being until further notice. We have to newgotiate the prices with the linguists to an embarrasing rate, it is embarrassing. People work extra time and this is not paid. You will be lucky if they let you come in a bit later another day. After you stayed an extra 5 unpaid hours. This is NO JOKE, people work over time every single day, it is ridiculous. Not to mention the breaks project managers have to skip if they want to leave at a decent time (which is always after your working hours anyway). Team managers just dump projects on you no matter what you have told them your availability is and then they just forget about you, the project now becomes your problem, and it is only yours. Deadlines are always tight and rush jobs come in constantly. Sales managers are on you all the time, they won't stop bugging you and their briefs are normally incomplete. The benefits they offer are minimum and not good in general. The Monday breakfast consists of a few bakery trays for over 100 people in the offie, you would be lucky if you manage to get some crumbs. The other project managers were, generally speaking, very helpful and nice, but because of the stress and workload you just don't get a chance to socialise with your colleagues or have a chat, because there is always something to do. They just need like 5 more new teams, they say they are growing, but there are people constantly leaving, which means there is more work and less people each time. Seriously, this company is really crap and I really hope this review helps you go and look elsewhere, it is just not worth it. People quitted their jobs within weeks and months of starting, the staff turnaround is crazy.

Pros

They have a nice website, that is all!

Cons

PM disclosed vendors emails on the job call e-mail ─ that is clearly a breach of NDA/Vendor's Agreement. Payment of 7-8 EUR to proofread 500-600 words. You can imagine what they pay for translation. Other than that, fuzzy match discounts are non-negotiable. They had the amazing idea to let you be paid faster, if you give them a discount! Job assignment isn't automated, so you have to stay in front of the PC waiting for the PM to reply ─ which could take 3-4 hours.
